About Our Company

Earthwork Solutions Ltd was formed in April 2007 by Matt and Emma Mead. Our target work is general civil construction, drainage and earthworks for local bodies, developers, forest companies and also sub contracting to the larger civil contractors. Our key clients to date include Gisborne District Council, Fulton Hogan, Eastland Group, Downer, and various other organisations.

Earthwork Solutions Ltd currently employs staff with a wide range of knowledge and skills in construction, drain laying and excavation back grounds.

Earthwork Solutions Ltd has been an active member of the NZ Contractors Federation for five years, with Matt Mead being the current Chairman of the Gisborne Branch. This gives us access to a large amount of industry knowledge, training and also a heads up to any changes in legislation and the like that affect us.

The company has the ability to call on additional back-up resources from a range of hire companies and where appropriate other sub-contractors when they are required, to ensure quality standards and project schedules are maintained. We are committed to continuing and improving our quality performance, and are dedicated to providing our staff with relevant industry training.
